I ordered one size up from my usual size as recommended by others. I'm on my feet all day and needed something comfortable. They were recommended to me by a nurse and Danskos is all she will wear. My feet tend to swell so a slightly larger shoe is better for this as it is a stiff shoe that will chafe the top of my normal sized foot. They really took some getting used to, but now I can walk in them all day with no problems. They also allow me to stand upright, I have back problems and these shoes have reduced back and leg pain when wearing sneakers to work. I am very happy with my purchase.
