Review on Customer File by Mark Colbert

I like that we can see what is going in our accounts, as well as how much inventory there is for each product line item (we are an online retailer). Also being able to look up customers by their last names makes finding them easier than having to search through contact info with first/last initials only. It could be better if they had some more options of filters so sometimes when looking things don't show unless certain criteria has been met which would help make searching faster since most people will use these types of searches often. We've found out about issues quickly because its easy enough to find who's affected once something comes into question.
