The best part about this program was that it helped me in all aspects of my business, from sales training for new hires up until marketing campaigns with clients! I can't think of anything bad at all - everything worked great! They were always quick to respond when we had questions or needed help setting something up (or figuring out how). We used their team as an extension of our own staff during busy times so they really got us through those tough moments without breaking down under pressure themselves. Their customer service has been phenomenal throughout every step along the way which made working together seamless & easy!! If you're looking into using them do your research first because there are other options available if theirs doesn’t work well enough for what you need/want but make sure yours does before signing any contracts :) My biggest struggle while being involved.
