Seriously, the best purchase I've made in a long time! I was so nervous about buying a refurbished vacuum. concerned that it would be dirty or used. It was NOT like that! The vacuum cleaner came in the original packaging, well packaged - it looked like new! It took two minutes to put all the pieces together. All attachments were in the box. I tried it right away and was very impressed. In a few minutes he has removed a whole (very large) canister of dirt. I vacuum very regularly and my floors were already mopped when I started. That impressed and disgusted me. I can't believe I've been using such a crappy vacuum for so long! The hinge was amazing. This vacuum worked flawlessly on tiles, hardwoods, short carpets and area rugs. It was so easy to switch the knob between floor types. Overall I am very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. I will recommend it to everyone I know :) and at over $40 less than the price of buying a brand new one, now I'm in love with the idea of refurbished things!
