This is the best blue tooth I've ever had. Incoming and outgoing audio is good. It's a long conversation. It's easy to use. It stays absolutely comfortable on the ear all day long. I would like to give it five stars, but it has one bug and one missing feature. The bug is that every few days he disconnects from the communication with the phone and does not reconnect without going into the settings menu and clicking on the blue tooth there. The missing feature is that you can switch to an incoming call but not switch back to the original one. Perhaps this will be a feature of a more expensive model. Overall, I would buy this Blue Tooth again and again.
