This is the equipment I was able to order through a trusted restaurant supplier. It was sooooo nice when I got it at work that when I was buying a new thermometer for home use I tried to find the same model on Revain. That's great. It feels so good in your hands and is very accurate, works great, stylish design, accurate tempos. The battery life is excellent. It turns off automatically so you can forget to turn it off manually, which I like when employees at work keep forgetting to turn it off and it doesn't drain the battery.
