Your keys are harder to come by for the sound than the cheaper one I bought. Some keys are not musically correct at all. When you turn it on each time, it will start at the loudest level and turn off after about 2 minutes of inactivity. Turn it back on to constantly adjust the volume every time. With a baby it's all day long. For older children maybe not so annoying. I also thought there were more. But the black keys work on it. It's all pretty touchy about where you click to play it. I plan to return. The cheap one I bought works way better than this one.
