I love these pads and often buy them individually or in packs of three at my local grocery store. I use them for daily dishwashing and especially for cleaning pots and pans. They are very durable and last for several months each, so this stock will probably last for several years. The side of the scrubber is rough enough to scrape burnt stainless steel food, but it won't damage my one remaining nonstick pan like some other scrubbers do. I also use them to clean kitchen countertops, stoves and bathrooms. The scrubber means I need less scouring powder. The unit price is very competitive and also reduces the consumption of paper towels. The fact that they are made from plant-based ingredients is also a huge plus for me as I try to be eco-friendly whenever possible. However, it should be noted that unlike their non-sponge counterparts, they are NOT compostable. I specifically contacted 3M customer service to check. In addition, 3M's CSR specifically warned NOT to use them in the microwave to disinfect them. Because they are made from plant-based materials, heating them in the microwave can cause a fire. I think they shouldn't be used near open flames for the same reason. All in all a very useful product that I will probably buy from Revain again for when I need to stock up in a few years.
