This product had many great reviews when I ordered it in April 2021. I applied the cuticle remover, waited 45 seconds and then pushed the cuticles back. I've used a bamboo pusher in the past and may return to it if I can't get the angle of this sharp product right. Both ends are sharp. You didn't sand down the rounded edge as expected. When I pushed back my cuticles they repeatedly cut into my natural nails causing streaks. I haven't done this in a very long time, but I know that if I used a better brand or style bamboo stick I wouldn't have to spend 45 minutes buffing my nails to keep them looking any worse than they do start .
