Customer support has been great, responds to emails and is reserving their product, will be buying more rolls to try. I'll do an update on the new reel I'm buying and let everyone know how it went. The first roll I bought worked great and clung to the bed and top layers well. The thread came off the spool correctly, I had some issues with the second spool but the customer support was good. If I order and receive a new roll I will check that as well.
