We received it and wanted to install it but the instructions were terrible and didn't tell us what some of the things in the bags were for. I installed some fans so I could figure it out. If you've never installed it, you might find something else. Normally the bracket that holds the fan shaft screws into the box but in this case you will need to screw into the drywall and unless you have mollies installed to hold them there the screws can become loose over time and therefore can it come down Otherwise we like it very much. Have someone install it if you don't have experience. The price was right.
