The Rada Cutlery W230 Grapefruit Knife is the best ever! I bought this along with another premium grapefruit knife (according to customers) from Better Houseware, and they don't even come close. The latter just doesn't cut very well, it has tiny jags and cuts as badly as one would expect from the looks. But this Rada Cutlery W230 knife is incredibly sharp. Rada cuts them both open and compares them face to face at the same moment. Rada slices a grapefruit like warm butter! I cut a large circle around half of the grapefruit as well as around each part and also under all parts to allow literally all parts or all of the pulp to fall out in one big chunk when I cut off the bottom before slicing each individual section. This serrated Rada knife does everything it's supposed to do and it's like power steering or power windows compared to the other knives above, it just works a lot faster. I have a great serrated steak knife that I used to use for grapefruit, but this Rada knife is somehow even sharper and of course being double edged, much more useful for grapefruit where a double knife is needed. There is a knife with a sharp blade. I was so happy with this knife I turned around and bought another, my second order from Revain in three weeks because I was so happy. Highly recommended! I can't think of any negatives.
