Pretty but takes time to assemble

You should be aware that this requires careful assembly by hand. Do it the day before the event! The tassel garland is supplied unassembled. You need to carefully separate, wrap and tie the pre-cut strips of tissue paper, then attach to the string. Lush flowers also take a LONG time to assemble, and if you hurry, they'll end up oval instead of round. Buy your own balloon helium tank. At our local club it was $2 a balloon because they obviously didn't have enough helium. The lanterns are cute and will be used again and the other two garlands and confetti are cute too
