The main feature of this extension is its ability to monitor your online store in real time, thus allowing you to take immediate action when any issues arise with your website. It also has many other useful features which include security reports, custom report creation and dashboard customization. There are some minor niggles around certain components such as having to create multiple profiles before being able to use it effectively or not knowing how to go about using the chat button. We have been working with Shoppimon since 2015 and we've had no problems so far. They seem very responsive and helpful whenever I need help solving my queries.
