I got two, a black one and a pink one, black one came perfect, but the pink one was obviously a return: all buttons were undone, it had creases everywhere, badly folded, cuffs were rolled as if someone had worn it and it was too long on them, then returned it. Disgusting! In comparison, the black one was perfectly folded, no creases, buttoned up, cuffs fine, because that one was actually new.
