As you get closer to your goal weight, those last few pounds will slowly dwindle, and if you can't track the 1 pound you lose per week, then these scales are useless. This is a traditional digital scale

This is not accurate like any other digital scale. Getting up and down several times, removing and inserting the battery, etc. will give you different readings. Up to two pounds. As you get closer to your goal weight, those last few pounds will slowly dwindle, and if you can't track the 1 pound you lose per week, then these scales are useless. This is a regular digital scale. Works just like my other digital scales. Inaccurate within a few pounds. I measured for 2 weeks and apparently gained a pound. It's just not possible as I'm eating the same macros BELOW my BMR. and I just got back to work from vacation so I'm moving a lot more. Run 5 to 10 miles a day. I've lost 70 pounds this year so I know how to weigh myself well. And with these scales, you won't get it. Very discouraging lack of progress 2 weeks in a row.

Pros
  • Helpful Tips: Calibration is required for first use. After installing the batteries, place the scale on a carpet-free floor, press the scale to turn it on, and allow it to turn off. Follow this advice if the scale has been moved. We recommend that you weigh yourself and wear the same clothing at the same time for best results. Please note that weight can vary throughout the day.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
