I'm 5'3" and about 170 pounds. I ordered a medium (I was originally going to order a large but based on other reviews I decided to go medium) and it fits perfect.There is a spot in the stomach so the skin doesn't feel tight there,very flattering!I will be ordering more!UPDATE 8/9/15: Experience it by spending over 9 hours canoeing on the river.I didn't burn at all where the shirt covered me.The water was cold this shirt kept me warm and dried quickly.Worth every penny spent.
