Very Limited Support for GoToRoom

If you use it with GoToRoom, expect very limited support. They cannot answer simple questions about their own software running on the device. Poly's software and device are good, but LogMeIn's GoToRoom presents a problem. Even if you buy the device directly from GoToRoom, I don't expect a different experience. There are very few people in their company who know the product and it is impossible to talk to them.
