Review on ScaiPlatform by Patrick Arnautov

I like that it is very easy to use and has all of my favorite features in one place. It also integrates with our CRM which makes life easier for sales people when they need to get information from customers. The reporting section can be confusing at first but once you figure out how to navigate through it, its great! Its definitely worth looking into as there are many benefits especially if your organization uses multiple platforms or vendors (like us). We have been able to seamlessly integrate Salesforce data with Scai Platform and now we don't have to manually input contacts or tasks anymore.
