Great Quality, Neutral Color

They were better quality than I expected. They are almost like a mix of paper and silk flowers. The nylon based strap is very stretchy so it definitely fit my 12 month old (50th percentile for the head) with no issues despite being labeled as a newborn. The nylon is also small so it would be easy to cut the flowers and stick them onto a hair brush or clip if needed. I would buy again in the future if needed.
