The software was user friendly with many options available as soon as you click to your page. It would allow you to view your entire print job, allowing you to track printing jobs from beginning to end without having it all laid out from start to finish in one window which can be very stressful! Sometimes the software did not work correctly as well. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a way to manage print jobs throughtout the day and make sure jobs are getting done in time or as needed. We used the online side of things to send documents through our office to several locations while we were away on vacation. I like that it's easy to get started, but also gives you options if you want more control of your printing process. It can be pricey compared with other solutions in this market space. If you need an affordable way to start managing all of your printer-based documents without needing IT support or expensive training programs, then we highly recommend this product! We've been able to eliminate our paper consumption by over 70%, which has reduced costs significantly both at home and work.
