This is great for my kombucha
This is great for my kombucha. I brew fermented tea, kombucha at home, not store bought. I use 1/2 gallon cans. A pack of 6 1/2 gallon cans is cheaper than gallon cans. I cover the tea glass with a cloth and wrap the ring around it. The fabric is light enough to let air through but too thin and stiff for fruit flies. I plan to use this substance for cheese making in the future. I am very satisfied with this product.
