Review on BlueParrott B450-XT: Enhanced Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset with Exceptional Sound Quality, Extended Range, and All-Day Talk Time by Cornelius Reeves

I really wanted it to be great. I have owned almost all of the headphones from this company. But you need to update the firmware when you get it, otherwise your microphone will be muted during a call. Unfortunately, despite the fact that everyone is having problems with the Parrot Updater, they still haven't fixed it. The computer freezes the moment you press the refresh button. This headset is coming back because they can't assemble their crap and fix the update app. I'll be using my old 450 until Apple releases their Air Pods 2 with noise cancellation, and then I'll be done with the blue parrot. Absolutely terrible quality control.
