Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

Where to go for debugging? The site where the link for modem firmware is not available.
One star on the dignity for the fact that a product review would be sent.
Some pros:
The product was delivered and received on time, without delay.
Has some cons:
I registered the SIM card, which is included, on 10/28/2022. Connected to modem
(4G USB modem E3372) and that's it! The modem is not working. No internet, let alone WiFi. So what's now? The SIM card is now not subject to exchange, it is mine 100%. A modem without a SIM card cannot be exchanged.
