Review on Reptrics by Elton Luo

I like how easy it was to use for my team! It's also very user friendly with all of our different devices (desktop/mobile). The ability to have both positive & negative comments from customers makes this tool great as well because you can see which areas need improvement or are doing really good in your business area!! Sometimes we would get an error message when trying to submit but nothing major at least not enough time has passed since then so no harm done there either :) Great product overall - simple interface + intuitive flow = win-win situation here! We're able solve problems quickly using these tools without having employees go out into their offices every day asking people what they think about certain aspects within each department / service center etc.. This allows us to make decisions faster while still getting input directly form those who know best i guess haha.
