Decided not to use them for my expensive crayons
I didn't realize that this pencil roll has only one cap. This flap covered the shafts of the pencil, but the bottom edge was open so, although unlikely, there was a chance the pencil would slip right out of the roll and be left unhindered. This design would be ideal if it included flaps on either end of the roll. Otherwise it is well made and looks like it will last for many years. I like the variety of fabric patterns. I will use it to store gel pens or some other tool that I don't have to worry about as much if it slips when dropped on the floor. It kills crayons, so I'm very careful with them.
