Of all the blankets I got for my baby 2 others stood out, a plush blanket (name brand) and this one because with or without another plush blanket it kept my baby warm but cool enough to take it not to overheat as she is very warm blooded, just like her father. It's so soft and breathable that you don't have to worry about it choking if she buries her head in it. (Heavy head trying to run away for the first few months) It's been amazing for winter use (especially the wind and snowflakes when taking it to meetings and I can say it will be great for the summer. Will definitely be soon buy another one!*Update!I've been using it every day and night since I brought it to my baby's birth (7 1/2 months later) and it's been fantastic!Great for summer but I recommend it not to fold twice and my baby is sensitive and felt too warm and sweaty otherwise it's great for her teething.
