I've only had problems with this product. It seemed such a good idea. I bought a crystal ball that broke when plugged in. We called the company and paid 60.00 for a new one, they will not replace it for free (which should have been a warning sign). The engine died a week later. It was during the return so there was nothing I could do. I thought I might have gotten a bad one, so I've ordered another one for next Christmas. They replaced the light with an LED, but the motor didn't work right out of the box. Again I was stupid and instead of getting my money back I opted for a replacement. Worked a week and died. Couldn't get this one back either and now I'm stuck with two non-working devices. I ended up throwing them away, leaving the disco ball in the middle. I thought maybe I could hang them from the ceiling at some party. THESE DO NOT WORK! I can't stress this enough. If the price doesn't drop to 19.99, they're not worth the money. No quality control and no customer support. The effect is not very good. If it's really, really dark outside, you'll hardly notice, and seriously, whose house is dark at Christmas!
