The tinsel itself is great, its nicely packaged and organized. I am glad it came with all the tools and accessories needed. However if you don't already know how to put it in, then you will need instructions. there are some on the item description on here, but not in the package itself.That being said, they are super fine, so it's nice as a little accent if you want subtle. But there is enough that you can add small amounts all over, or do a larger chunk in places. However there are multiple colors so if you use a lot of one, there's no replacing unless you are careful and save the ones you used. so you will need to buy more.
