Review on Get Unlocked Samsung Galaxy A71 A715F Dual SIM LTE for International Use - 128GB Prism Crush Blue - No US Warranty by Jagvir Singh ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Its impossible to use it, dont waste your money.

ate six months later: 1. DC Dimming, as far as I understand, is turned on, everything else is the same. 2. Six months after the purchase, the port died, the phone stopped charging. The service repaired under warranty in an hour. 3. The rating is obviously screwed up, some bots are jumping according to the reviews. ate a year later: it turns out that Samsung puts some kind of NFC identifier in a branded case, and automatic on-off screen does not work with any third-party flip case. I'm going to lower my rating for this kind of stupidity. ate a year later and a little more: after the end of the warranty, the port died again, the phone stopped charging again. That is, the phone, apparently, has design problems, for which it deserves a minimum rating. Another ate: the problem turned out to be not with the port itself, but with the cable connectors between the charging board and the motherboard. Craftsmen solve the problem by soldering two wires parallel to the cable. You can check if this is the case by pressing a little on the back of the phone. Samsung for such design defects - disrespect.

Pros
  • It doesn't slow down, it has a rather user-friendly interface and form factor, a good main camera (the ultra-wide one is worse, the other two are generally useless). There is, thank God, a minijack and a slot for a memory card.
Cons
  • There are some strange and annoying things. 1. Screen. Firstly, small defects are sometimes noticeable - unevenness, stripes, etc. Secondly, there seems to be no DC Dimming and it flickers at low brightnesses. Thirdly, also at low brightness, it behaves very strangely when scrolling, as if there is a lag between turning off some pixels and turning on others - on dark colors it looks like artifacts, on light colors it looks like blinking. In general, it seems that IPS is still better. 2. There are ads, like Xiaomi. Moreover, in Samsung Pay, in addition to the disabled ads, there is also an unswitchable one. 3. The branded case with S View very strangely and inconveniently supports the always-on screen (AOD): without a case, AOD can show notification icons, but with a case - only a clock; for the icons to appear, you need to raise the phone or press the power button. On all official pictures, of course, the icons are drawn, but this is a hoax. 4. The battery behaves strangely: as if sometimes it discharges quickly, and sometimes slowly. It seemed that the "optimize battery usage" setting does not work for all applications or not always. 5. Creating a copy of the application only works with instant messengers and then not with all. On Xiaomi, I used this to access the account I shared with my wife in the banking application. 6. There is no recording of calls, but now everyone is cutting it out (there is no need for ordinary people to record their calls, only special services should do this).
