Excellent product. My ankles get weak when I play aggressive golf. They add the support I need without being bulky. Use only part of the sock for good support. Add elastic bands for even more support and use whatever tension you want or need. Very strong velcro does not come off during exercise. I've been using them for golf and weight training for about two weeks and love the confidence they instill. I don't feel them in golf shoes or running shoes. I know they are there but I completely forget about them even after a few hours or a full 18 holes. I'm glad I chose them from all the options available and will definitely buy them again.
