This product's description says it fits the iPad mini 1/2/3 and I assumed it would also fit the 5th gen mini would fit that I just bought. I was wrong. The film is wide enough but not tall enough to cover the entire screen, so it ends up falling perhaps half an inch short of what it should be. I want to make it clear that this is not the fault of the product, rather that it was not intended for the 5th generation and as such this review is less of a complaint and more of a warning to others to let them know that this product may not is available to fit your mini. . As for the product itself, installation was easy. Align the screen with the bottom edge, slowly pull the tab to expose the sticky side of the film, then simply push out the bubbles. My first attempt at installation failed and the tread was crooked requiring me to repeat the process again, but careful application should be easy. The package includes a microfiber cloth to clean the screen, so you don't need to buy it separately.
