So far it seems to be working, but the writing speed seems terribly slow, especially when transferring a large number of small files. I used it the other day to create a USB installer for Mac OS X and I'm not entirely sure what all it does, but an hour after the utility formatted the drive it seemed like it only had one few hundred MB transferred to the flash drive. I ran it overnight and I think it finally completed the 12.5GB install after about 4 hours. Although the installer worked fine. For a test I copied the whole thing from disk and it took 14 minutes. I just ran some quick tests and it took about 10 minutes to transfer a 1GB file to the hard drive. I then migrated a folder full of smaller files and got very inconsistent results. The first time I think it took 5-10 minutes with 22 files totaling 94MB (I didn't pay much attention to it) and the second time it took 2 minutes. Then I tried a folder with 689 small files totaling 30MB and it worked almost immediately.
