I installed a new set of cartridges in my printer. This is the first time I have had to replace cartridges since I bought it. Worked great but ran out of black, decided to change everything as color cartridges were running low. When I turned it back on, only the black and cyan cartridges worked, the other two didn't. I went through the head cleaning and alignment procedure, followed all the printer manufacturer's recommendations, the problem persisted. I contacted the manufacturer and received several emails asking for purchase information, including an order number and other details. The answer I got was to repeat the processes recommended by Brother. I have never spoken to a live person and have never been offered a replacement or refund. Folks, this is Revain's first supplier to fail and I feel betrayed. My opinion of course, but buyers beware!
