Look elsewhere

Well I don't really have anything to say about that but I'll try! I really feel like it was a waste of money. Pros: It's small and fits next to the bread bin. Compact and foldable. Easy to hand wash. Fits most standard American supermarket breads and bread machine size loaves. Lots and lots of room for improvement. /4 inch The slots into which the knife is inserted are very narrow. Not suitable for home-baked bread. Too short for bagels and a knife. Slips all over the place too easily. There is no opening at the top of the slots to lift, tilt or move the knife for sawing for slicing bread No legs, suction cups or holding devices There is nothing to hold the loaf in place. Imagine holding a stand, holding bread, trying to insert a good bread knife into a pin-sized slot, and then making a slack-free motion to saw off/slice a piece of bread. Not to mention, if you want your first slice to be a regular thickness, you don't have to finish it! Are you out of control? Can you imagine how bad the discs have gotten? I do not recommend this to anyone.
