Overall this is a good product that works well for its intended purpose. The sound quality is good and the battery life is more reasonable. Managing voice messages is easy. There are several issues to be aware of. Without a backlight, phone screens are difficult to read. The caller ID explanation is a bit silly and hard to understand. For example, expect MT to be spelled rather than Montana, and the pronunciation is nowhere near what you get from cell phone wizards. By default, the call monitoring option is not enabled. You must press the button to hear the recorded message. Maybe that can be changed, but I haven't researched it yet.
