The sizes are nowhere near the same
Maybe the one I received was somehow overlooked but the size I received said 12-18 and was more like 3t. You can see in the picture another pair I received from 12 to 18 months and how much smaller it is than what was sent. My son is 26 pounds 33 inches which was huge
