The platform has been very easy so far working with them as they have helped us implement our dashboard which was not really something I expected from this service but it's great! It makes sense of what you need, your audience etc., without having someone explain each one individually (which would be time consuming). They help me keep track of my social media posts/tweets - helps organize content across platforms & categories too!! There are some minor glitches here or there we're resolving together via chat however nothing major at least yet :) Great team who always answers back quickly when needed! Having tracking capabilities through multiple networks like Twitter / Facebook allows users access their data instantly whenever required. Also being able't see how many likes were got per post gives transparency into campaigns performance allowing better decision making process if any changes needs made along way towards success! This saves valuable hours.
