Disappointing Beauty Tool for Hair
When I tried this product I was extremely disappointed. The mechanism was stiff and difficult to operate, making it hard to use effectively. It also snagged my hair and caused more damage than ANY other styling tool I've tried. The only positive aspect was the compact size, which made it easy to carry in my purse. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to make up for the subpar performance. i don't recommend this tool to anyone in need of a reliable hair styling tool....
