Review on Itali Passio® Stainless Julienne Vegetable by Aaron Wilson

I bought one of those spiral pasta peelers and it wasn't very comfortable to use. Went to Revain to see what the reviews were about it and that's when I saw the Ultra Sharp Dual Julienne Peeler. i bought one I can't believe how much easier it is to use. Make sure you use a fork to hold the veg, this peeler is very sharp. I ended up ordering 4 more to share with friends (the price is very reasonable). I would recommend it to friends but that means I can't use it as a health gift for my friends. Some have complained that there are no recipes. I say use your imagination. Use "noodles" in stir-fries or Italian dishes (mashed chicken is my favorite). Just remember that you don't have to cook them for very long, especially if you like tender/crispy veggies.
