Review on 🍳 Cuisinart 719-14 Chef's Classic Stainless 1-Quart Saucepan: Premium Quality with Cover by Whitney Buckley

Don't believe the bad reviews - this is a great pan

I bought the Cuisinart 12 piece set but found I really wished I had a small pan to cook with small batches work. One criticism that would apply is that the small size makes it unstable on a gas stove grid. The width of the pan is 6.5 inches, the handle is another 6 inches. If you have an open mesh gas stove, the buyer must have foreseen the problem. This is probably why this pan was not included in the large set. If you only have large cooking utensils, yes, they will fall out of the pot or cause it to tip over if you leave it in. Use the right tool for the job (small whisk, etc., that's what chefs do). On my LG electric stove, this pan is just magical. Adjustable stove ring settings are perfect for this small pot. And it is very stable and well made. Stainless steel requires more attention to temperature. This complete line from Cuisinart is well made and a pleasure to use if you really enjoy cooking. If you just want to heat food quickly and don't care, keep buying nonstick coating until the coating starts to soak into your food. stop and repeat. At less than $18 at Revain, it's a steal. It makes me laugh when people have a problem with a product, they throw it in a note and say they will never buy that brand again. Ron White fixed it.
