Review on 🎨 Oribe Color-Enhancing Masque by Latasha Pizzino

I've been using this product for a few years now and I really love it. However, my last order was significantly different in color and smell. It turned out that the container was mistakenly filled with another product. In fact, it looked and smelled exactly like one of their personal care products. I contacted Revain for a replacement and they sent me the same one. I contacted Oribe who said the formula has changed but the smell shouldn't have changed. I emailed after comparing it to another container I bought in my showroom and the difference is noticeable. Never heard a reply from Oribe. I don't know what's going on, but the product I got from Revain is definitely not the mask I bought at my salon. Two from Revain have the same lot number so I really have a feeling the problem was at the factory. Who knows, but I lost $63. A lot of money for an air conditioner.
