I saw and bought this product after it appeared on Twitter's promotional list of useful gadgets. I've always had a penchant for useful kitchen utensils. It works exactly as advertised, I was not disappointed. Much more durable than normal "WIRE" cutting tools, running it for a year will prove excellent. In my experience, these types of cookware usually fail because part of their mechanism simply breaks (usually the cutting element). I've only had it for two weeks but so far everything is fine, no signs of breakage, easy to clean.
