Glad I chose these decorative pillows for my Christmas pillow cases. I was hesitant due to some negative reviews but took a chance. There are no fumes or bad smells at all. And they fill the cases perfectly. Not flat or lumpy. Yes, they were vacuum sealed upon arrival, but they expanded quickly when removed from the packaging. I put them in the wool ball dryer for a few minutes to make them fluffier. They fill pillows perfectly. Very happy with them.
