Great! Walked 5km with them this morning - didn't budge. The waist remained elevated, the legs lowered. They have lots of stretch marks in the leg holes so you don't get sausage legs. High waist belt. The material is very light but seemed resilient to squats. The pocket is deep enough for an iPhone and holds it well on the leg. Very happy with it, will buy more!
