When I finally got around to setting up my home office, I initially settled on the regular brand keyboards and mice my business used. I guess I wasn't reading and guessing well enough because once I started typing it was frustrating. When I was on the phone, people would always ask me if I was "angrily typing" because the keystrokes had to be almost as hard as they were on my antique Remington typewriter, and letters were still often skipped. The mouse was fine. Eventually I got fed up and started looking again. I've never heard of the EagleTec, but I was hooked from the minute I took it out of the box, gave the key profile and typed a few times. This keyboard is as quiet as my tablet's keyboard, full size, with the number pad I need, has a great tilt angle and great function keys. The mouse is also ergonomically designed very nicely. I haven't used it for gaming but for casual work the pair is great with a sleek and simple design. I type a lot and recently did a big photo project and this set is TAAAAAAAAAAAAA better than the original set I bought. I'm glad I tried EagleTec because my wrists, my nerves, my colleagues on the phone and I in general are happier!
