Important for gum health
I floss twice a day and use an Oral B electric toothbrush. Bleeding when flossing. I went back to my Oral B toothbrush and gargled with salt water, within 3 days my gums were back to normal and not bleeding when I flossed. Until this moment, I never realized how important and effective an electric toothbrush is. I change my toothbrush head regularly. every 30 days, I want the brush to last longer, but the bristles start to wear out after 30 days. Now I take my electric toothbrush with me when I travel (even if it's bulky), healthy gums and teeth are a must.
