While they generally work as they should, there are a few caveats to be aware of. I bought these to replace those terribly uncomfortable Apple Earbuds that kept falling out and causing constant pain from wearing them for too long. It wasn't until a few months after I stopped wearing them that my ears felt "healed." Although they are much more comfortable, they still bother my ears a bit. It's probably because they go so far into the ear, which ensures they don't fall out, but it still makes them a bit uncomfortable. Also, I don't like taking noise-canceling headphones on walks because I can't hear my surroundings, which I consider dangerous.
