I was looking for a versatile purse/backpack for a trip to Thailand. This fit the bill perfectly. It was roomy enough for everything I needed for day trips, including two pairs of glasses, wallet, umbrella, personal care stuff, light jacket and 35mm camera. Features I particularly liked were the clean outside surfaces (no outside pockets), a zipper under the flap to ensure security of items, a zipper compartment in the back for easy access of important things (like passport and wallet), snaps on the upper sides to cinch the top when the backpack wasn’t full, and an easy way to shift from backpack to shoulder bag. Very durable. I looked at a lot of bags and was very pleased with this one!
