Review on ILPALADINO by Karl Swift

My recent experience with ILPALADINO's shipping and handling has left me feeling frustrated, despite the fact that the company takes great pleasure in its ability to source beautiful and useful products from all over the world. Despite the fact that I placed my purchase several weeks ago, I am still waiting for it to be fulfilled. When I tried to contact their customer support team to inquire about the delay, I was met with responses that were both slow and not very helpful. They gave me very little information regarding the progress of my purchase, and it took me a number of tries before I finally received any updates. Because of the problems with shipping and handling, I am unable to endorse ILPALADINO as a viable option for an online business. Although it is commendable that they are committed to procuring quality products, the fact that they are unable to communicate with customers and have slow shipping times makes purchasing with them a frustrating experience.
